Case: For this assignment, you are to develop a brand concept for one of the most important brands you will ever have responsibility for: yourself. To begin, watch the three videos in this module: Writing a mission statement (Link will open in this tab.); Positioning and brand equity (Link will open in this tab.); and Three questions you need to ask (Link will open in this tab.). Then, read Keller, Sternhall & Tybout (2002): Three Questions You Need to Ask About Your Brand (Link will open in this tab.). Finally, based on the videos, the reading, and our class discussions about positioning, develop a 1-2 page positioning plan for your professional self as a brand. Your plan should include:


A mission statement
Your target market
Your competitive frame of reference
Your points of parity
Your points of difference
A positioning statement

For this assignment, you may use any outside resources you wish, including your classmates, others who know you well, the career center or LinkedIn Learning (FREE to New York Tech students), as long as you write the assignment yourself. The assignment must be professional in appearance and clearly formatted (2 points), and the grammar and spelling must be perfect (2 points).
