Diane, a 21 year old financial analyst working in a large organization, has been recently rated as a poor performer, the lowest rating on the performance scale in her workplace (there are 4 possible ratings). She is trained as a CPA and works in the audit practice. She recently returned to work after a three-month parental leave that she and her partner Ann shared.
You have been hired to help Diane and her organization support her performance improvement, and you have been asked by your client to address the following questions. All responses must be evidence-informed, citing materials from the course.
