Develop a system to learn Morse Code. The system will have one input and 26 outputs (one per letter). The user sends in Morse Code pulses on the input, and as characters are completed the appropriate letter is lit up momentarily. You'll need to support a couple different short and long pulse durations, since users can't usually hold the key for EXACTLY n clock cycles.
