A tenant rents 10,000 square feet of space in a 100,000 square-foot Retail Shopping Center Plaza on a triple-net basis. The minimum rent is $12 per square foot annually. Annual shopping center operating expenses include property taxes, property insurance, and common area maintenance in the amounts of $25,000, $20,000, and $15,000 respectively.
