A manufacturer of TV sets initiates an inspection system to reduce the number of defective sets leaving the plant. Prior to this system the proportion of defective sets was 1 in 80. After the new system is in effect, in a random sample of 320 sets there are 2 defective sets. Use a test of hypothesis to decide if the proportion of defects has been reduced.
