Determining the regression equation

For a regression equation, "cancellations" is my dependent variable and I want to know how many cancellations will be at 6pm since hour is my independent variable. However, my "hour" variable is in data that ranges from 0-23 so 6pm would actually be 18. So do I plug 18 into my regression equation (y intercept +coefficient of hour*18?) or do I still do 6?
