A person has been working in a company for many years and is highly regarded by team members and replacing his skills and abilities will be extremely difficult. And while he has been considered for promotion three times, he was unsuccessful. The successful candidate had better formal qualifications. The person sees no possibility of advancement in the company and believe it is time to move on.
