Each compartment contains a ping pong ball with a prize written on it. 1 of the ping pong balls is worth $20 (meaning that you will win $20 if you pick that ball), two are worth $10 each, 6 are worth $5, and the rest are worth 0. The game involves picking one ball and winning the corresponding dollar amount. If you pay $5.00 to play, will you win or lose in the long run? How do you know?
