Determining the compensation to be paid to the new employee (Marketing Specialist)

Summary

Marketing specialists help develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. Marketing specialist is a link to support the overall marketing and communications initiatives of the organization. Marketing and Communications skills and be willing to jump in when necessary to help the dynamic of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information. 
  • Presents findings to marketing teams to help guide the direction and activities of the department.
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns

      Develops new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market forces.

  • Works with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials.
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
  • Identifies the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs

Required Experience and Qualifications (Job Specifications)

  • Degree or diploma in communications.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing
  • Excellent knowledge using Microsoft tools.
  • Knowledge on Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress are both considered assets.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail for precise analysis of data.
  • Understanding of marketing trends.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal .
  • Relevant experience working with digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work well with a team and as an individual contributor
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
