2.) You are the treasurer of your barangay, After six months of being in that position, the barangay captain wanted you to implement control measures for the better monitoring of expenses. The captain also wanted you to make sure that when there are projects in your barangay funded by the provincial government, the flow of funds are properly accounted for. To comply with the instruction, you will conduct a simple audit of past records.

While doing the audit, you noticed that the expenses recorded were not supported by receipts. When you asked one of the councilors, his response to you was, "That's normal practice. All barangays do that." What would you do?

As the appointed treasurer, you want to implement ethical practices on how to manage the finances of your barangay. Conduct step-by-step procedures to follow and the processes that will take place should be supported by corresponding documents and the approval of the barangay captain for additional input, recommendation and approval.

3.) Describe a situation when you had to face a question of whether your behavior was ethical or not. What did you do? What are the consequences of your actions? What did you learn from that experience?
