Assume a firm has several hundred possible investments and that it wants to analyze the risk-return-trade off for portfolios of 20 projects. How should it proceed with the evaluations? How would various choices impact the company?

IN order for the company to have a clear picture and make a good investment. The company needs to make for risk-return characteristics a chart which covers all set of 20. The best risk-return trade offs or efficient frontier could be reached by construction of the charts. Subsequently, the firm once it has all information determining the best investments could be achieved.
