Distribution of blood types in China varies from US distribution.Select American and Chinese at random, independently of each other.  Determine the probability that both have type O blood? Find out the probability that both have same blood type?

2) There are many methods to make crooked dice.  To load die so that 6 comes up too often and 1 (which is opposite 6) comes up too seldom, add bit of lead to filling of the spot on 1 face.  As the spot is solid plastic, this works even with transparent dice.  If die is loaded so that 6 comes up with probability 0.2 and probabilities of 2,3,4, and 5 faces are not affected, determine the assignment of probabilities to the six faces?
