Question 1: Conducts meeting with agency personnel to resolve procedural problems, implement more effective processing techniques, or to identify agency-specific requirements.
- Develops and issues comprehensive internal procedures, desk guides, and management directives for use by supervisory personnel and operating units
Question 2: Evaluates cost savings factors, determines offsetting costs, evaluates quantitative benefits, and makes recommendations for awards
- Evaluates and researches the feasibility, implications, application, cost, and benefits of recommendations regarding operations, processing procedures, and/or automated systems.
Question 3: Effectively re-delegate tasks to project team members to accomplish project objectives within established time frames.
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating work and projects to meet established deadlines.
Question 4: Proposes and participates in studies to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of planned or existing systems and/or operations
- Monitors changes of existing systems and new systems to ensure effective implementation and/or initiates additional training to solve problem areas.
Question 5: Devise solutions to problems that have resisted change.
- Prepares comprehensive reports of analytical findings and recommends solutions to substantiated problems.
Question 6: Conducts diversified and complex studies of the organization and operations to evaluate and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the operational and automated areas.
- Reviews public laws, USDA, Departmental, and Federal regulations, audit reports, and policy statements to determine their impact on automated systems and procedures.
Question 7: Initiates, coordinates, and conducts training sessions and discussions with management, staff, and operating personnel to thoroughly train all levels.
- Conducts training sessions, office tours, and participates in other Center representational activities.
Question 8: Initiates, coordinates, and conducts training sessions and discussions with NFC's management, staff, and operating personnel to thoroughly train on all levels.
- Conduct comprehensive organization studies and analysis.
