You have been asked to compare the sales and assets of four com- panies that make computer chips to determine which company is the largest in each category. You have gathered the following data, but they cannot be used for direct com- parison because each company's sales and assets are in its own currency:

Company (Currency)

Sales

Assets

Abril Chip (U.S. dollar) 2,000,000 1,300,000

Dao (Hong Kong dollar)

5,000,000

350,000,000

250,000,000

Orca (euro)
