The bacterium Helicobactor pylori naturally grows in human and animal stomachs at pH about 2. It will grow also at pH 2 and pH 7 in culture media. It's genome sequence has been determined and annotated. You are assigned to determine which genes, if any, are highly expressed and which are repressed by growth at low pH. How would you do that?
