Policy Formation Literature Review:
Part I: Research federal or state legislation. Select one piece of legislation that you will follow during the semester. Submit a one-page description of the bill, name/s of the sponsors; the issue/problem it is aimed at addressing, its extent and impact on society and why you would like to follow this bill. Describe how this social problem was elevated to a level of prominence in the media and community.
Is there balance in media coverage about this issue or does it seem to be neglected, ignored skewed?
Address the ethical implications of the bill.
