Case: Jaxon and Sally have been roommates at the University of Toronto since their freshmen year. The university is located in Toronto, ON Canada.
The two of them are planning to go on a three week adventure traveling Europe. They plan on leaving shortly after they finish the semester. Jaxon and Sally have never been to Europe, however, Sally, did spend a semester studying in Singapore. Jaxon is excited to go to England and Spain. Even though Sally has never been to England and Spain, she is very excited to go to a more interesting place such as Egypt or Turkey. For the past week or two they have been having a disagreement over where they should travel. Jaxon argues that it will cost to much to travel to Turkey or Egypt, while Sally believes it will be much cheaper once they arrive and they find places to stay. Each of they have budgeted no more than $5,000 on their trip and they can not be gone any longer than three weeks.
The goal is to determine their best course of action using what you have learned in project management class.

Question 2. What decision would you make if cost was the only consideration?
Question 3. If cost didn't matter, what other factors would you consider before making the decision?
