Suppose that two optical guides embedded in a substrate such as LiNbO3 are coupled as in the below figure and the transmission length Lo=10mm. If the coupling separation d is =10µm, n = 2.2, the operating wavelength is 1.3µm taking a rough coefficient r = 10 x 10-12 m/V, what is the switching voltage?
