A ball player hits a home run, and the baseball just clears a wall 8 m high placed 100.2 m from home plate. The ball is hit at an angle of 38.9o to the horizontal, and air resistance is negligible. Suppose the ball is hit at a height of 1.2 m above the ground. The acceleration of gravity is 9.81 m/s2.  Determine what is the initial speed of the ball?
