During a finishing operation the bed of an industrial planer moves alternately 750mm to the right and 750mm to the left. The velocity of the bed is limited to a maximum value of 150mm/s to the right and 300mm/s to the left; the acceleration is successively equal to 150mm/s^2 to the right, zero 150 mm/s^2 to the left, zero, etc. Determine the time required for the bed to complete a full cycle, and draw the v-t and x-t curves.
