1) Oscar is the, CEO of 'Break Hard Bikes', which is a high priced mountain biking company for serious cyclists and they are based in Whistler, B.C. 'Break Hard Bikes' has been very successful. They were looking to expand so they acquired, 'Metro Bikes', which provides commuter bikes to communities. These commuter bikes are placed throughout the community so people can just get on, swipe their credit card and go where they need to go. 'Break Hard Bikes' also acquired 'KIT' which stands for 'Know It Apps' so they can create the platform for their commuter bikes so customers can access the bikes. During this process, 'Break Hard Bikes' also decided to sell off their kids bike section to concentrate on the commuter bike option.
a) Considering the two companies that 'Break Hard Bikes' incorporated into their business and the sell off of their kids bike section share what we would refer to these 2 purchases and the sell off?
