A tank used for portland cement consists of a cylinder mounted on top of a cone, with it's vertex pointing downward. The cylinder has a height of 40 feet, both the cylinder and the cone have a radius of 5 feet, and the cone has a height of 15 feet. Determine the volume of cement contained in the tank as a function of the depth of the cement.
