A pn junction diode and a Schottky barrier diode are connected in parallel, both diodes are forward-biased, and the total current through the parallel combination is 0.5 mA. The reverse-saturation current of the Schottky diode is 5×10^-8 A, and the reverse-saturation current of the pn junction diode is 10^-12 A. Determine the voltage across each diode and the current through each diode.
