In the slider crank mechanism shown in Figure 2.51 the crank OA is 150 mm long and the connecting rod AB is 300 mm long. The crank rotates clockwise at a speed of 3600 rpm and C is the mid-point of the connecting rod. At the instant shown, determine (a) the velocity of the piston, (b) the velocity of the point C and (c) the angular velocity of the connecting rod.
