A bucket with a mass of 3.0 kilogram is suspended by a rope that is wrapped around a cylinder. The cylinder has a mass of 5.0 kilogram, a radius of 0.6 meter and is free to rotate on a frictionless axle. If the rope does not slip on the cylinder and the bucket is released from rest, determine the velocity of the bucket after it has fallen 4 meter?
