An object of mass 3.0 kg and travelling at 2.0 m/s collides head-on with a 2.0 kg object travelling in the opposite direction at 3.0 m/s.

Determine the velocity of each object after impact if the collision is perfectly elastic.

Determine the velocity just after impact of the objects in the previous question if the collision is completely inelastic and the objects stick together after impact.
