An investigator has prepared a drug dosage level that he says will induce sleep in 80% of people with insomnia. After examining the dose, we think that what he said regarding the effectiveness of the dose is exaggerated. In an attempt to disprove his saying, we administered the prescribed dose to 20 people suffering from insomnia and observed Y, the number of individuals to whom the dose induced sleep. We wish to test the hypothesis H0: P = 0.8 against the alternative, Ha: P <0.8. Suppose the rejection region {y ≤ 12} is used.

Determine the value of beta, for P = 0.4 note:Use four digits after the decimal point.
