How do I determine the uncertainy and slope of a line?

Froima plotted graph a student determined that the best fit line had a slope of 1.227m/s^2 and a y-interecept of 0.32m/s. And the worst fit line has a slope of 1.44m/s^2 and a y interecept of 0.29 m/s. Determine the uncertainty for the slop of the line.
