In store printing services:

Employee downloads photos from customer cameras

Monthly operating cost $5500 + $0.15 per photo

New machine that allows customers to download and make prints

Monthly fixed costs will increase to $7000 and the variable costs of printing a photo will decline to $0.05 per photo

How to determine the total cost of printing 10,000 and 25,000 photos per month under both processes. If I have help with one I can figure out the others on my own.

Then need to determine at which volume does the machine become the preferred process (cost less) and I'm not sure how to tackle that part.
