A spherical insulator, of radius a, has a total charge of -4q distributed evenly throughout its volume. A conducting shell, inner radius b and outer radius c, surrounds the spherical insulator. This conducting shell has a charge of +q on its outer surface. A larger insulating shell, inner radius d and outer radius e, has a uniform charge density -a throughout its volume.
