A large wheel starts from rest and has a constant angular acceleration of 3.5 radians/second^2. After 12 seconds the wheel has an angular velocity of 42 radians/second. The torque required to produce this motion is 1570 Newton meter. Determine the total angular displacement of the wheel during this motion.
