A secret agent in pursuit of an international smuggler has driverher car onto a drawbridge which is in the process ofopening. Her objective is to jump the gap and get safely onthe other side of the river to continue her pursuit. Your taskis to determine the total acceleration of her car. The bridgeis rotating at a constant rate of 0.1 rad/s. The car entersthe bridge just as it begins to open at t = 0 s with a speed of 40mph and accelerates at the constant rate of 25 ft/s2 upto the end of the 90 ft long section of the draw bridge. Plotthe absolute total acceleration of the car as a function of itsposition along the bridge section.

Follow the standard engineering solution procedures. Include statements for given, find, assumptions, conclusions, etc. Include sketches. Include equationsused in your analysis. Correctly format the tables showingyour results. Label headings and show units. Follow rulesfor good graphing procedures. No hand marks allowed on yourwork, produce this assignment totally on a computer.

For ten points extra credit, describe herlanding. Where? How fast? Angle withroadway?   Etc. Treat car as a particle and neglect airresistance.
