Assume a light ray hits the surface of the water in a container 39 inches deep at an angle of incidence of 18 degrees. Determine the time taken for the light to hit the bottom of the container. Suppose the light follows a different path with a speed exactly equal to "c," would this ray hit the bottom of the container sooner or later than in case 1?
