The acceleration of a particle is defined by the relation a =-k√v where k is a constant the particle starts at time t = 0sand the postion s = 0 m with a velocity of 25 m/s. Afterwards, when s = 6 m the particle veloicty is v = 12 m/sdetermine:

1. the veloicty v of the particle when it reaches s = 8 m

2. the time required for the particle to come to rest.
