A 3 kg mass is attached to one end of a 1 m long cord. The other end of the cord is attached to the center of a rotating disk (with radius greater than 1 m) that has a very large constant angular velocity. The 3 kg mass is dropped onto the rotating disk. If the maximum tension that the cord can handle is 50 N and the coefficient of kinetic friction between the disk and the mass is 0.1, find the time it takes to break the cord. (Assume that the disk is rotating faster than the angular velocity needed to break the cord).
