Question: Imagine that by mistake. an empty coffee pot has been left on a heating plate. Assuming that the heater puts approximately 200 Watts into the bottom of the pot, determine the temperature distribution within the glass if the surrounding air is at 25°C with a corresponding heat transfer coefficient h a I5W/m2K. The pot is cylindrical in shape, with a diameter of 14 cm and height of 14 cm. and the glass is 3 mm thick.
