A 0.4 W cylindrical electronic component with a diameter of 0.3 cm and length 1.8 cm is mounted horizontally on a circuit board. To cool the component air is flowing across the board at a velocity of 150 m/min. If the air temperature is T∞= 45°C, determine the surface temperature of the component.
