A wastewater treatment plant has two primary clarifiers which receive wastewater. The clarifiers are circular with diameters of 40ft and depths of 10ft.  The weirs are peripheral. The average influent rate is 1 MGD. Determine the surface loading rate in gpd/ft3 (qo), detention time in hours (t), and outlet weir loading rate in mgd/ft (W).
