Photons with wavelength 670 nm are capable of producing photoelectrons from a particular substance. When photons of wavelength 520 nm are incident on the same substance it is noted they have one and half times the maximum kinetic energy of the electrons ejected by the 670 nm photons. Determine the substance's work function and cutoff wavelength.
