The speedboat B is cruising to the north at 72 mi/hr when it encounters an eastward current of speed vC = 12 mi/hr but does not change its heading (relative to the water). Determine the subsequent velocity of the boat relative to the wind and express your result as a magnitude vrel and compass direction ? measured clockwise from north.
