Problem- A galvanic cell is constructed from the two half-cells, (Zn2+ | Zn) and (In3+ | In), with the electrolytes Zn(NO3)2 and In(NO3)3 in the two half-cells both being 1.00M in concentration. At 25C, this cell gives a voltage of 0.424V, and it is observed that In metal is plating out on the In electrode as time passes. Determine the standard reduction potential for the (In3+ | In) half- cell. For the (Zn2+ | Zn) half cell Eo= -0.762V.
1) -0.338V
2) 0.338V
3) -1.186V
4) 1.186V
5) None of these

In an acid-base titration 14.7 mL of .107M NaOH (aq) sodium hydroxide is needed to react to an end point with .1252 grams of H2C2O4 oxalic acid. Determine the molarity of the aqueous sodium hydroxide solution. 2NaOH + H2C2O4 ----> 2HOH + Na2C2O4
When you calculate the molarity and molality of the EDTA solution are the values very similar or not. Explain if this is what you might expect for a dilute aqueous solution with a density very close to 1.0 g/mL.
a concentration cell consists of two h2h half cells. half cell a has h2 at 0.87 atm bubbling into 0.10 m hcl. half cell
