A very long wire is held under tension by suspending weights from an end that passes over a pulley. The speed of transverse traveling waves on the wire is 51 m/s. The wire is replaced by another with three times the mass density, and twice as much weight is suspended from the new wire's end. What is the speed of the traveling speed now?
