There are two weights hanging from a pulley, one on the ground (3.00 kilogram) and one hanging (5.00 kilogram). The height from the ground to the 5.00 kilogram pulley is 4 meter.

(a) Determine the speed of the other pulley when the 5 kilogram pulley hits the ground?
