A block of mass m1(2.20 kg) slides down a 30 degree incline. It mass starts from rest at a position that is 3.60 m vertically above the bottom of the incline. At the bottom of the incline the block(m1) collides with a larger block of mass m2(7.00kg) which is at rest on a horizontal surface.

The collision is elastic and there is no friction involved.

a. draw and label the physical situation just before and just after the collision.

b. determine the speed of block m1 just before the collision.

c. determine the velocity of each block after the collision.

d. determine how far up the incline that mass m1 will get to after the collision.
