I. Read section 6.1 in the eText, specifically the pages with the following titles.

A. Discuss Computer Safety and Health Risks

B. Determine the Risks to Computer Security and Safety

C. Understand the Risks to Physical, Behavioral, and Social Health

II. Read and Watch the following article and video to give you more information on different health problems computer use can cause.

A. MicroHealth-Top 10 Computer Related Health Problems.

B. 10 Harmful Effects of Technology on Your Body and Their Remedies.

C. You can research other sites and sources that you find interesting, as well.

III. Choose one physical, behavioral, or social health problem that prolonged computer use can cause based on the research you did in the previous steps.

A. This can be something personal that you have experienced or it can be something you found interesting.

IV. Next, find at least one remedy anyone can do to prevent and/or reduce further damage caused by the problem your choose in the previous step.

C. You can research other sites and sources that you find interesting, as well.

V. Now that you have a Problem and at least one Remedy to that problem in mind you will use this as your starting point to creating your paper. To begin your paper follow the steps below. Get the instant assignment help.
