Personality, Honesty, and Drug Testing

Personality tests, honesty tests and drug tests continue to be controversial. Both personality tests and honesty tests can be faked or distorted. This means that dishonest applicants can lie and be selected over more honest individuals.

Drug tests have also been controversial since there have been false positives (drug free individuals who are found to have an incorrect positive result).

Also many organizations do not think it is necessary to have drug tests - even for applicants. What do you think of any or all of these tests?
