Question- Later in the semester a synthesis reaction will be performed in which a mixture of 2-methyl-1-butene and 2-methyl-2-butene form. GC analysis will be used to determine the relative amount of each product, both of which will be assumed to have the same response factor. Why is this a reasonable assumption for those products, but not for cyclohexane and toluene? Cite specific facts about the molecules themselves and how their relative populations are determined to support your answer.

Rewrite your answer from the stating and prove each step carefully.
