Consider an ideal fuel cell to be run on pure oxygen and hydrogen for a length of time. Determine the ration of the minimum size of the fuel oxidizer storage tanks, assuming they are stored as gasses at the same pressure and the anode stoichiometry is 1.2, whereas the cathode stoichiometry is 2.0.
