The sponsor, on the other hand, is looking for a quick win to get the support of the majority of stakeholders and ensure the project's continuation. Given the information in the scenario, 700- to 1 document addressing the following:
1. Evaluate which approach should be adopted: predictive or adaptive.
2. Analyze whether this approach will please the stakeholders. The project has unclear requirements and deliverables, which leads to an agreement to choose an agile approach to deal with the situation.
3. Evaluate what characteristics of agile make it an effective approach for this project. A Scrum framework has been adopted. Consequently, the project manager requested the sponsor to assign a product owner for the project.
4. Determine the product owner's role in this project. The Scrum team agreed on the start date and the duration of the sprint, and they are now defining the schedule of the different associated events.
5. Assess the events the team should schedule. Determine the purpose and frequency of each event.
