A 1000kva single phase, double wound transformer has thefollowing specifications:
Primary winding resistance 0.4Ω
Secondary winding resistance 0.005Ω
Primary voltage 6600V
Secondary Voltage 4ooV
Iron loss 3kw
Assuming unity power factor, determine the full load currentsin the primary and secondary windings
At full load, determine the power losses in the primarysecondary resistances.
If the input power to the transformer at full load is 1000kw,determine the transformer's efficiency at full load.
